the said compugen india is a big fraud company.it takes away the agents money and hardwork , so do not take any agency of this group company.
the below letter is a speciman of comunication. if want we can post so many communications of this fraud company.

Sub:- Demanding Apology

We herewith demanding unconditional apology from you because of your false propaganda with schools about us is causing lot of damage to our reputation and honor. You allegedly telling to all schools that we are fraud and cheating!! This is your foul cry since you can not do any thing to face us in a gentle man way, you started this kind of cheap acts. We heard along with our person Mr. Venkat Rao while you commenting with M/s. Gowtami Talent school and almost all schools informed us about your wicked propaganda against us , which is base less and mud throwing on our image and reputation in our area . We herewith are challenging you to prove our fraud to any of the school or to you. We have already withdrawn association with you and we never used a single harsh word or negative campaign against you with any school moreover we consoled them that “ the company i.e Compugen will take care your future needs and no need to worry about the material due from the company “, even though we are been cheated by you but unfortunately or intentionally you are propagating wrong allegations on us which are very damaged to our image and reputation in our area.
Even before the settlement of our account you are hurriedly appointed a new agent ( the same person who is your pet and it is proved that the content of our earlier letters are proved 100% correct and we strongly believe that an illegal connection in money matters is there between you and him ) and you have written in the letters to schools that “better person than the present one will come and meet them”, Again it is a degrading us , how can you say that we are inferior ? when we have shown a market where there is no identity for you and sent you 100% advance amounts to you ( you did not paid our 100% due but only forced us to settle down for some amount rest all commission, deposits incl. question paper commission also you evaded ), you cant say that we are fraud and inferior persons ,actually we can use such words on you ,but as a respectable company ( even though our company is small ) we follow some ethics and healthy financial practices so we will not to stoop to your level. Till date we did not get our account copies since 2007 to current year , this it self proves your nature of cheating the agents , if your hands and mind is clean why are you hesitating to send the a/c. copies to the agents? Now we are demanding you to submit the a/c. copies, school and area vise immediately to fulfill us some statutory audit purposes otherwise we are forced to complaint to concern authorities viz. Income Tax and Sales tax officials.

Though we have withdrawn our agency, we are extending help to schools to get their material from you, this shows our commitment towards the welfare of schools and safeguard of their investment and we will help them till our commitment period to them is over, i.e. till June 2010 since the schools have taken the books because of our reputation.

We never ever evade any money to any person or to any company, we never looted any persons sweat and hard work, we never ever cheated any body by saying wrong promises. We never ever evade Income tax since the inception of our company by giving wrong information to Income Tax department and finally we never ever cheated any school like you, saying that we will give some incentive if you reach the target in volumes , for this you refer the flip side of the agreement page that you promised to give Rs.5000/- as incentive if a school achieves their target , in this case M/s. Gowtami Talent, Sri chatanya, Chankya, schools are achieved their targets but you have not sent their incentives so far.

We consider this is purely cheating. Remember my words Mr.Viswanathan “ No company or a person will survive by cheating” , you may feel proud that you are doing great things and your ego may satisfied by doing this kind of over riding and cheating acts, but after some period of time you will realize your wrong deeds and you will get your due.

If you were the agent how do you feel for the happenings to us ? think from the victim side, its purely cheating and stealing of hard work . Rs.25,000.00 as deposits , full commission , interest for the amount invested and 4 persons hard work of 2 years are not small things ,but we were ready to give-up the amounts, hard earned money, sweat and blood , because we don’t want to continue with a person like you who has a nature of cheating in general. Your words and writings hurts us lot and caused huge loss to our image and reputation in our area.

Hence, we are demanding you for unconditional apology in written from you within 10 days on receiving this letter or 28th January 2010 and also demanding to stop the wrong propaganda against us with schools and stake holders, otherwise we will take necessary steps i.e. civil/criminal cases legally against you to safe guard our honor and reputation and we have right to go for defamation suite worth Rs.1 Crore. Against you as said in our earlier letters. And the all legal expenditure will be born by you only.

As well as we narrate this entire episode to media to expose your original face to the public to save them from you kind of persons in future.
